由国外网友制作的PES2021_PS4_PESunites.org真实化补丁，这次更新的是v4。

内容：

Please notice, if you see blurred/low quality logo, it's not in our hands unfortunately: many kits are S-format (1024px instead of 2048px), and we need this because we plan to complete the WHOLE game (there'll be ZERO fake teams at the end of our work) and there are only a limited number of slots avaialble in PES 2021, unfortunately.

Full Bundesliga 2020/2021, with all kits, players etc, transfers 100% updated, and more. Kits by lobosemillas, custom faces by Valencia 25, sponsor by darookie, thanks to the PESGalaxy teams for the amazing collaboration!
Added Ferencvaros & Salzburg, to complete Champions League. With all kits, players etc. Kits by Anto.
Third kits for Leeds & Manchester United. Credit at PES HUB & Cal
Kits updated for Paraguay, Ghana, Senegal, Cote d'Ivoire & Egypt. Credits to AeralEdson, angeltorero & lobosemillas for kits

修正：
Improved quality of some kits, e.g. Inter & Milan
Updated european compeittions logo

使用方法：
1、下载解压缩（建议用Bandizip、7Zip、WinRAR等压缩软件解压，以免出错！！！）
2、把里面的WEPES文件夹放到：我的文档\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2021\里即可
3、打开游戏-编辑模式-资料管理-导入/导出-导入球队/球衣等等（TED格式）
