由国外网友EditemosPES制作的PES2021_PS4_真实化补丁，这次更新的是v4.0。
具体内容：
Option File General V4 PES 2021 with full license
In Option File General V4, you will find updated kits, sponsored T-shirts, realistic sponsored press rooms, real coaches names, team badges and logos, updated faces (these faces were created by our experts with the help of an internal editor).
The templates have been updated to reflect their respective transfers and lineups, and the strategy has been changed to achieve a realistic experience and reflect the CTO’s vision so that tactics help create an immersive experience.
Thanks to the tremendous work done by the whole team, the most important options file in the community has emerged – the license update with its 15 playable leagues faithfully recreated with unmatched detail so you can enjoy it in eFootball PES 2021 for PC, PS4 and PS5 platforms.
Contains:
Updated transfers, lineups, press rooms, stadiums, rivalries, strategies and coaches for England 1st Division, 2nd Division England, 1st Division France, 2nd Division France, 1st Division Italy, 2nd Italian Division, Dutch League, Russian League, Scottish League, Spain 1st Division, 2nd Division Spain, Swiss League, Turkish League, Belgian League, Danish League and Let’s edit PES style legends.
Updated forms:
Updated kits (kits) with the corresponding logo on the sleeves of each league in Europe (England, Spain, Italy, France, etc.). Additional jerseys were created for teams and alternative kits for teams that did not have them.
Fixed some bugs in licensed clubs and their respective equipment design and added to all those teams that were not licensed.
Leagues with real names:
As we all know in the EA SPORTS licensing war, the number of real leagues that exist in eFootball PES 2021 is limited.
